Tiwa Savage and her to-be husband, Tee Billz have told guest not to take photos or videos at their wedding, scheduled today, November 23, 2013.
Will be interesting to see if Nigerian celebs will obey this rule, as photos was seen during 2face’s wedding in Dubai as he also banned cameras at his wedding.
