Lupita Nyong'o is the new face of Lancôme Makeup.

It just keeps on getting better for Lupita Nyong'o.
The Oscar winning star of 12 Years A Slave has added another accomplishment to her growing list of acheivements... This time as the coveted face of beauty powerhouse, Lancome.
The Mexican-born, Kenyan actress has become a bona-fide triple threat in recent times with her beauty, brains and killer acting chops to boot. So, the announcement comes as no surprise... Continue...



Nyong'O said of the partnership, "I am truly honoured to join the Maison Lancôme, a brand with such a prestigious history and that I have always loved."
"I am particularly proud to represent its unique vision for women and the idea that beautyshould not be dictated, but should instead be an expression of a woman's freedom to be herself," Nyong'O continued.
The 31-year-old actress will appear in Lancôme’s September advertising campaigns, shot by famed photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Pitggot.
"Both talented and committed, true to her African beauty, and showing a great curiosity and open-mindedness in her career choices, Lupita is by essence the Lancôme woman," said Françoise Lehmann, General Manager of Lancome International.
He continued, "A strikingly beautiful and intelligent woman, serenely but strongly living her life her own way, Lupita has this special kind of aura both enlightening and deep."
The starlet won an Oscar for best supporting actress for her role as Patsey in 12 Years a Slave.
