Kim – who is engaged to rapper Kanye West – was seen making her way to Bel Bambini clothing store to film a scene for her reality show.
Perhaps she planned on buying some outfits for her seven-month-old little girl North.
She was surrounded by cameras as she got out of her car and headed into the posh store.
