Vice President Namadi Sambo today lost his immediate younger
brother Capt Sabo Sambo in a ghaslty car accident along the Abuja
Airport Road today.
Captain Sabo was reportedly on his way to the
airport to catch a flight when he crashed into a tree and his car went
up in flames.
Eyewitnesses say Capt Sabo got trapped in his
car after the collision with the tree. When the car burst into flames,
he desperately tried, struggled to get out but could not. Eventually, he
was burnt to death.
President Jonathan and his wife have visited Vice President Namadi Sambo's family to pay condolence.
