Late Kaduna State Gov's Media Advisor Arrested Over Facebook Pictures On Southern Kaduna Attacks

Mr. Reuben Buhari, the media advisor of late former Governor Patrick Yakowa of Kaduna State, was arrested today in the state capital and taken to the Police Headquarters in Abuja.
Buhari was arrested for posting gory pictures of his kinsmen killed in the troubled Southern Kaduna region sharing boundaries with Plateau State in a closed group on social networking service, Facebook.

A senior police officer in Abuja said that Buhari is presently under interrogation at a Police facility in Abuja.

But there are wild accusations that the arrest was instructed by Vice President Namadi Sambo, who also hails from Kaduna — a claim we could not ascertain in Abuja.

The Police source further revealed that Buhari also underwent interrogation in Kaduna over the allegedly inciting photos, before his transfer to Abuja.
